(LSME)

activity or enterprise engaged in industry, business and/or
service, whether individual, sole
proprietorship, cooperative, partnership or corporation, for acquisition
of fixed assets, trading
operations, building improvement/expansion, construction of
plant facilities, or for
working capital
Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (FALGU)
- Extended
to LGUs for financing of local infrastructure
like public markets, farm to
market roads, hospitals, schools and
other socio-economic development projects and
public investment programs
Motorcycle Loan
- Provides loan
assistance to employees in acquiring
a motorcycle, or alternative vehicles for transportation
from home to office
or to facilitate fast delivery of small
goods used in their business
Housing Loan
- Available to employed or self-employed
individuals; for purchase of lot, construction of residential
unit, home improvement, either renovation or expansion or
refinancing or real estate loans with other
lenders
